Mystery of The Incarnation

The one distinguishing mark of catholic Christian faith, is the story on which it hinges, where a tribal God, YAHWEH, seeks out his own, and establishes the convenant with the semitic tribe of Abraham, and brings about the singular event with cosmic consequences: the impossible and unthinking incarnation of the Divine into the material world.
We think of Christianity as a modern, western faith, and forget its true origins in the Orient as a tribal faith, born firstly in the belief of one God, nameless and unknowable, whose nature is mysterious to men. Yahweh is indeed unique and alone; there is none like Him, as the Psalmist sings.

The ancient Hebrews were fearful to profane this sacred name, and therefore, in their oral traditions and later on, scriptures, recorded this name but pronounced the word Adonai or Lord, in its place. Therefore, for thousands of years, the name would remain unspeakable, unknown, and almost forgotten.
The word itself is a phrase, oddly created, which colloquially meant, "It is none of your business to know me." But the phraselogy was not like what was recorded in rabbinical tradition or scripture. Yahweh, literally meant: I AM (that which) CAUSES ALL (to) BE. For the longest time, by forgetting the sacred name, we have also forgotten what Yahweh's nature revealed to the prophets meant. Yahweh - Yah (I AM) - is the source and origin of all intelligence, all knowledge, all creation, of all power and sovereignty. These, are all subject to him.
A Christian who believes truly in his faith and lives it, cannot deny God this stature of his nature, and hence, it is not possible to separate anything in the universe from Yahweh. Yahweh's love caused all things to be. All things are therefore subject to his power and will. It is very odd, that the same Christians who profess to be evangelical have forgotten their God Yahweh, too, and today, in many modern states, they proclaim secularism as the order of state, removing God from their heirarchy of authority.
If the ancient Hebrews were to do this, can accept Caesar as Lord, it would be the highest form of idolatry and sacrilege. Today, in Europe, the United States, and elsewhere, where Yahweh is no longer acknowledged as the basis for their sovereignty because of the modernist, secular idea of separating God from State, you only have Man as the highest form of authority in that state. That constitution, for any faithful Christian, tantamounts to sacrilege.
The question arises as to why then would Yahweh seek out his own creation, enter into the material cosmos, subject himself to the laws of men, fulfil his own Word spoken to prophets, live, die and rise from death, and make himself manifest to his own creation? Well, no other religion has and will ever proclaim such a relationship with the Supreme Deity. Yahweh, takes this as his own nature. Yahweh, because he is the cause of all that is, the origin or all substance, makes it necessary that he reveal the sanctity and sacredness of life, not by proclaiming it through angels, but by divinely ordaining it through his own incarnation.
This is why the teaching of Jesus, being the Incarnate Yahweh, and as Son of Man, has the authority to act fully with the power of Godhead. The Gospel miracle stories, parables and incidents point to this. Authority has been given to me, Jesus said.
While the old covenant Yahweh set up with Israel was proclaimed by angels, just as the Muslim and their Q'uran was, the gospel or good tidings of Jesus' teachings is proclaimed by Yahweh himself. This abrogates for all eternity any personal or other revelation made by the angels, even that of the Mormons, or any other cult, true or false.
This is crucial for the authority of the catholic Christian teaching, upon which the apostles and their successors or bishops (episkopos) find their office. As Paul spoke of this living tradition (paradosis) being the pillar and foundation of the church, to which all the faithful must hold fast, in 2 Thessalonians 2:15.
The beauty of the gospel is lost today among many, who in worshipping the resurrected Christ in his glory, do not sufficiently reflect and realise the material importance of the history of Incarnation. Yahweh incarnate is now present in the life of the catholic church of Jesus, specific, true and complete. This is guaranteed by both the saying of Jesus, the teachings of the apostles and kept in the deposit of faith through the tradition and scriptures of his church.
The incarnation of Yahweh is so crucial that we do not otherwise have a theology that describes the majestic creation of Man, the civilisation of Man as sacred to Yahweh, and the unique covenantal relationship with which Man is ransomed and regained by Yahweh as His Own. We live now in an age of self-described enlightenment. But if Yahweh is Light, as Jesus is Light, then removing God from the central tenents of our life, our civilisation, our lifestyle, and our homes, our office and our desks, our living and dying, must therefore all be in darkness.
Indeed, this self-proclaimed enlightened Age of Man, of reason, of science and rationalism, is instead not an Age of Illumination, of faith, of holiness and faithfulness, because it is no longer consecrated to the Divine. Yahweh is again abandoned by the very same people he has ransomed. They have built their Babels and Baals, their watch-towers and fortified their homes, they have also persecuted those who proclaim this truth as being irrelevant and foolish as the prophets were derided of old.
We have become forgetful of Yahweh and his greatness. So, proclaim the Incarnate Lord, revisit his faithfulness by mediation, prayer, and worship, and restore his Kingdom in the hearts of men. Go, he says, make disciples of all nations...
